CPC Onsite Training

Whether your practice has new employees that require training or veterans that need a refresher, our On-site Medical Coding Training is just the thing you need to keep your office on the cutting edge of the coding spectrum.

For only $3,989, MCHC will send one of our Master Instructors right to your location to train the staff that you need trained, while delivering valuable CEUs to those that hold a current certification but need the continuing education to keep their credential current.

Prior to Boot Camp: 

Online access training modules

Day 1:  8am - 2:30pm

Anesthesia, Modifiers, HCPCS, and Medicine

​

Day 2:  8am - 2:30pm

ICD-10-CM and E/M

​

Day 3:  8am - 11am

Surgery, Radiology, Path & Lab

Registration Options: 

​

CPC Onsite Training  $3,989  (in-person)

Virtual CPC Onsite Training  $2,989

​

CPC Onsite Payment Plan:  $1,730 due at registration. 

2nd payment $1,280 and 3rd payment $1,279

Must be paid in full four weeks prior. Includes $300 payment plan fee.

​

Required coding manuals and AAPC certification exam is NOT included in the CPC Onsite training fee.

​

Transportation and Hotel fee is an additional charge.

About the Onsite Training: 

​

LIVE training onsite or by virtual connection for up to 10 employees.  Additional attendees may be added for $247.25 per additional attendee.

​

Online Access Training Modules: Contains games, activities, lectures, quizzes and exams for extensive practice prior to the onsite training. Not required to complete, but great for a successful training!  

​

Practice Exam:   Full 150 question practice exam.  Onsite coordinator will receive detailed answer sheet. 

​

Onsite training handouts to be used during class.  Practice makes perfect!
